There is a separate office in addition to the 3 bedrooms so plenty of space for guests. There is a built-in grill outside and lots of room to entertain. The grounds are very well maintained and there are several fruit trees in addition to the mature cacti. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate wet bar as well as a large TV in the family room. The master suite is huge with a walk-in shower and dressing table, and the guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. Rio Verde offers 2 golf courses, active tennis and pickleball communities, state of the art workout facilities, pool, hot tub and much more! We have a golf cart available and a separate garage door for it. Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets or smoking due to allergies in our family. This is a great place to stay!
