Rio Verde is a well-maintained, professionally managed, private community. It is governed by a homeowners association that focuses on enhancing the quality of life for its residents and attracting new residents. The Association is financially strong, debt-free, and with substantial reserves. The Association is dedicated to investing in Rio Verde’s future.

All Rio Verde residents are social members of the club and may upgrade to golf members for the complete active lifestyle.

HOW MUCH IS THE HOA ASSESSMENT?
The HOA annual assessment for 2024 is $4,930.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE HOA ASSESSMENT?
The assessment includes social membership in Rio Verde Country Club and all Community Association amenities, weekly trash and recycling services, COX Essential TV cable service, and street maintenance.
Club MembershipThe Rio Verde Country Club (RVCC) Clubhouse recently underwent a 3.75-million-dollar renovation and is the social center of the community for everyone who lives here. Spending time at the club with neighbors, friends, and family is what makes living in Rio Verde so enjoyable.
All Rio Verde residents are Social Members of the club.
RVCC Golf members enjoy two traditional-style walkable golf courses that are grass from tee to green. Golf memberships are available. The club offers golfing membership plans for both couples and individuals.
